A question for Gordon Cramer

Gordon, I know you are reading here as I do your blog .. and talking about methods, as you have done below, could you describe what ‘method’ you used to expose micro-writing in the code, remembering all you had to work with was a photo of an inked up photo of a ‘faintly pencilled code’ which was only made clearly visible for DS Leane with the assistance of a ‘large magnifying glass’. The book itself was never in your possession.

I’ve asked this question of you before but you didn’t respond then, perhaps you might now.
