What spies don’t do ..

While we wait for Christopher Gordon’s not run of the mill written account of what he believes will turn all the Somerton Man theories on their heads we thought another look at what spies don’t do might be in order.

1- Spies don’t dispose of a book containing their secret codes in the back of a car parked on a busy suburban  street, possibly in broad daylight.

2- Spies especially don’t do that when there is a contact phone number written on the back cover.

3 – Spies don’t give journalists a look at a book containing their coded messages.

4 – Spies especially don’t let the journalist take photos of the book containing their coded messages.

5 – Spies don’t leave train and bus tickets in their pockets so as to  enable non-spies to trace their movements.

6 – Spies don’t regularly meet other spies in the same place, like beer gardens in popular hotels.

7 – Spies don’t tell police the name of another spy.

8 – Spies don’t leave anything in their pockets that might incline someone to believe they are spies.

9 – Spies don’t draw attention to themselves by, say, reclining fully dressed on a busy suburban beach.

and ..

10 – Spies don’t leave their suitcases unlocked.

Spies are smart guys, they hardly tell lies unless no options be available; they don’t wear stud collars, give away RAF striped ties and never sign up for Pan Am fly bys. And yes spies prefer meat pies to potato filled Adelaide pasties. You’re right again Peteb; Somerton Man was no spy, that’s why.

Adelaide Advertiser reports from ‘Sleepers’ podcast that a 91 year old, then “Aboriginal” mother of three, now claims to have witnessed contact between a tall greyhaired geezer with three look alike beaumont kids in tow, at either Semaphore or Glenelg on the day. And for good measure, notes that she liked taking pictures and could have photos of interest to police. Her reason for not coming forward earlier relates to the colour bar then in existence which would likely have rendered her testimony most unreliable. I can’t recall at any time then, or later seeing a First Australian taking pics with a baby brownie if get my drift.

    • I remember all the efforts xlamb made to have her side of the story believed, and I believed her then and I still do now. Brave woman that, needs a medal.

Quite a bit of talk about Ruth Collins lately, one yesterday from Johnnymac just yesterday on Bigfooyty Beaumont about her Stansbury quest. I recall this was of quite some intetest to you once re a petition to start diggin in some old wells near xlamb’s dad Max McIntyre’s beach house there. Apparently they recently found skeletal remains nearby which they’ve sent off to America for scientific analysis. Check it out if you still have interest.

    • Ruth sent me a bunch of pics of that site, one with bushes in place, another with them missing, and according to her they were used to cover up the excavation used to hide the bodies.

Why is it seemingly so difficult to excavate the site? Surely, any possible link to the Beaumont children needs to be fully investigated, not a ‘we’ll get around to it” attitude. Phipps’s site at Plympton was, partially, dug up-with no results.

    C. Gordon Cramer might take a closer look at the sit coat, as grey pin stripes are quite evident and have been mentioned elsewhere. Same goes for the voluminous mosquitoes noted by the witnesses Gordon & Olive, though not necessarily buzzing around the subject, and as for distance disparity, not worth talking about as it changed when the couple moved to get a closer look.

I’m up for anything about the Beaumont case, so long as the text of my conversation remains in place and uncensored. You take liberties like looking over my shoulder before my posting as you’re conditioned to doing, and you can forget it.

Actually Mr. Framer, Gordon Strapps inquest statement does not make mention of Mozzies flying around SM’s head as you claim, and neither does he reveal any footage from the steps, only that he and his squeeze were ten yards to the rear and to the side of the steps when they first spotted SM. You can’t get away with it anymore Christopher Gordon.

Two months and two days shy of Sixty years since the tragic unexplained disappearance of the Beaumont Children. To date Police have not been able to offer the S A State Coroner any cause whatsoever for holding an inquest into possible foul play or otherwise, such resulting in their demise or causation thereof. Shall we start from there, no bullshit nor holds barred. Agreed?

Three young, local, children disappear on a busy beach. If they had gone swimming and drowned, that would be tragic enough but, how can three children simply disappear?

Breaking news that a Bigfooty selected Beaumont children ‘would be perp’ Bevan Spencer von Einem appears to be at the end of his tether aged 79 there being little or no hope of any deathbed confessions according to Peteb’s very own favourite criminalist’s Prof. Xanthe Mallet.

Seems like you’ve gone back on your promise of no bullshit. That’s according to my erstwhile online nemesis Cloud Fare. Or has a blunder occurred in my zttempt to post.. Pity, I have some interesting news based on your Beaumont link to Kmer Times re John Pike.

Serial sex exploiter John David Pike ex Cambodia who claims links to Max Mcintyre and Tony Munro, now in the slammer til the end of his un natural life (80 now), if he be identical with a John Pike of the same age ie. born 1945, made several trips to New Guinea late sixties early seventies. So what? turns out one of these trips overlapped itineraries with two likely lads from Somerton & nearby Oaklands, one a former thief and a close associate/relative of a Max Beaumont (not related to the kids) and Max Langley an insurance Asst. manager of whom I’ve mentioned repeatedly over ‘the way’. Both Chatterbox GPT and Gemini reckon I tell a good yarn but in the final analysis have told me exactly what I told them, but very knowledgable about it.
