When the trace back in the US is found, (which includes Honolulu), his departure, and movements before that, you will have your man. The US know who he is, or at least did back then.

No. 1: I’m sure that somewhere in an US archive lies a file with all the facts about this man. Whether it will ever see the light of day is another story.

Face it, The man tagged as Carl WEBB in the family photo is no way SM .. to believe so means you have are a problem of deception .. .
