Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. Three times is enemy action.

There were two Webbs.

Both were found dead on Somerton Beach.

One in 1941, the other in 1948.

Both were fully clad.

Both had injuries, one to his right arm the other to the knuckles of his right hand.

Both were known to use barbiturates.

Both had connections to Moseley Street Glenelg.

Both were men.

They were Carl Charles Webb and Frederick Alexander Webb.

    Synchronicity in action.

Somerton Beach was no place to be if you were a Webb in the 1940’s.
