A messy business – this making a plaster cast bust of a man’s head and shoulders.
And given Carl Webb’s dependence on barbiturates and recorded episodes of violence, who’s to say he didn’t spend some uncomfortable time with the South Australian police, possibly with one or two of those who closely watched Paul Lawson during the days he was up to his elbows in wet plaster.

Look, see. We have a bust as well as a photo. That must be an image of who we say it is. We have a photo of him and a bust. The bust proves that we have his actual image.

Couldn’t sign in on your Utube screening of how Paul lawson fabricated his SM look alike bust…or am I mistaken? But no fret, we can pick Alf Boxall’ s features out in any pose dead or alive with or without the tan.

Much better thanks. Seem to recall that Lawson’s SM ears had be done separately due to degradation. Of course the present subject was very much alive during the sitting though we’re not to know whether he survived his ordeal.
