I think 1935 was the date, if “Charlie” is Charles Richard Webb, born in 1917. He would be 18 in 1935, I don’t think he is any younger going by the photo.

I’ve got a question on another matter. How many children are missing from the family photo? In other words, who had kids and didn’t bring them?

It doesn’t make any difference who the Webbs are because none of them are Somerton man
It also doesn’t matter what Dorothy did, or Robertsons, or Lockyer, because Webbs being out of it so are they all
If you take Gerald Keane out of the link you take out all of the Webbs. Carl Charles Webb, Russell Richard Webb, Roy Webb, Charles Richard Webb. All of them. Because the necktie belongs to another person who is not in their family tree
DA erroneously looked for Keanes based on the necktie, plugged Gerald Keane in by calling him Thomas Keane and said the necktie was Gerald’s which it isn’t, made a correlation to someone who was missing who happened to be Carl Webb
As for the DNA, it may be from a Webb family member and it erroneously got mixed up the same as the name Gerald Keane did
