Dude … never mind the ears, there must be some doubt about the height difference, and how many years did DA spend on professorial ear comparisons between Webb and Robin and all for nothing.
There’s no way I can look at the foursome photo and convince myself Charlie is standing in a hole, or stooping, or too far back or doing whatever to make him the same height as Roy.
Don’t know what the matter is with Dome, the bloke’s the best researcher in the business and most if it goes to waste.
PB You may well turn out to be correct but I need more than the height issue ,well discussed now , to be convinced.
BTW There a lot of back and forth going on at domes with people trying to identify the location of the group including areal maps of Springvale being studied.
In the group photo have you noticed the figure top left hand corner of screen in the distance . At first I thought it was a guy facing the opposite direction wearing a hat. On zooming in Im starting to think it’s a scarecrow facing the photographer.
Not a big deal but may go some way to identifying the location IF it is a scarecrow as it would suggest the group photo is backing on to an orchard or similar farmland.
Any thoughts or am I seeing micro writing Ala’ GC ?
Dude, looks like a bloke behind the hedge having a squiz at the proceedings..
Probably and again its probably the GC in me but in zooming in I just think the mouth and eyes look painted on and he looks to be in the middle of a very leafy area.
Also do we haven amateur botanists who can identify what the particular plants behind the group are? Could they be grape vines? You know your plants PB, Ganga?
Grew one twenty feet high once, way to leafy to throw chunky heads but the look was good. I reckon that’s a hedge behind the Webb crew …
